Launching of the Employers’ Academy

After more than a decade of practical experience in the area of screening and employment of people with disabilities, Call Yachol has chosen to pass on the wealth of knowledge it has amassed. Call Yachol’s Employers’ Academy – an innovative center for education in the field of employment of people with disabilities – was launched with great excitement at Clal Insurance Company’s conference hall. Clal is sponsoring the Academy. More than 200 managers from many companies in the Israeli sector attended, filmed and documented this exciting event, filling the hall to overflowing. Dr. Winch presented points from the unique, revolutionary model used by Call Yachol, the use of which has successfully brought about impressive achievements in the field of rehabilitative employment for the company. resting selection of courses in the field of employment of people with disabilities, combining theoretical know-how with practical experience.

The Academy’s courses for employers include a course on recruitment and screening, a course for HR personnel and one for managers.

Ofakim Course

The first Ofakim Course was completed last September, and what great excitement! Ten wonderful, motivated participants took part in this course. Computer skills, from the first moment of turning on a computer to the advanced use of Word, were a part of this course, as well as English – how to identify the letters, finding them on the keyboard – and improvement of typing skills. We had some ups and downs throughout the course, as may be expected in any learning process, but what helped us most was the motivation of the participants, their openness to learning and their understanding that this is the only way to begin犀利士
fitting in at a place of work. We would like to thank all of the wonderful participants for their smiles and their trust in us, and wish success to all those who have already become part of Call Yachol’s e犀利士

Screening and Recruitment of People with Disabilities Course Successfully Completed!

We are proud to share that the Screening and Recruitment of People with Disabilities Course held at Call Yachol was completed and hailed as a great success! The course, the first of its kind, is aimed towards recruitment managers, and is unique in the world of training because of the practical experience and actual work with犀利士
company employees that it offers. Because we can’t be expected to be objective, we’ve decided to share some of the feedback we received, and are also attaching pictures of some of the course graduates.

I’d like to introduce you to Dana. She is our star at Harel Agent’s Call Center. From the first moment Dana walked in for an interview, it was cle犀利士
ar to us that this would be a long and successful friendship. Dana joined us about half a year ago and no one is happier about this than us! Dana, come and tell us a little bit about yourself:

“I’m Dana, I’m 47 years old, a single parent to my three wonderful daughters. I’ve worked in call centers all my life, but I’ve never been anywhere like Call Yachol”.

Why do you think people should come to work at Call Yachol?

“Call Yacol is a company that embraces and accepts those who are different, and this cannot be taken lightly in these times. We live in a society that has not yet learned to accept those who are different, and here they embrace and welcome you”.

What do you enjoy most about work?
