Dana from Harel Agent’s Call Center

I’d like to introduce you to Dana. She is our star at Harel Agent’s Call Center. From the first moment Dana walked in for an interview, it was cle犀利士
ar to us that this would be a long and successful friendship. Dana joined us about half a year ago and no one is happier about this than us! Dana, come and tell us a little bit about yourself:

“I’m Dana, I’m 47 years old, a single parent to my three wonderful daughters. I’ve worked in call centers all my life, but I’ve never been anywhere like Call Yachol”.

Why do you think people should come to work at Call Yachol?

“Call Yacol is a company that embraces and accepts those who are different, and this cannot be taken lightly in these times. We live in a society that has not yet learned to accept those who are different, and here they embrace and welcome you”.

What do you enjoy most about work?

“I really enjoy the company here, the people. The feeling of family, supportive and embracing, and it’s fun to come to work. I al犀利士
so really love my managers, there’s no feeling of distancing between us”.
