Identifying potential | What to focus on when screening in order to identify the potential of a relevant candidate

The Initial Introductory Meeting | How to handle the initial meeting and to set expectations. What you should and should not talk about Dealing with Challenges | What to do when your employee is having difficulties performing their and/or issues with attendance. Disciplinary Issues | How to hold a conversation regarding enhancing employee performance and addressing disciplinary issues sensitively with addressing people with disabilities.
