Our employees are at the heart of our success

We are extremely proud of our employees. They are extraordinarily dedicated and engaged. Every one of them is amazing and inspiring in his or her own right

Here everyone feels like they belong

More than half of our managers and employees are people with disabilities, which doesn’t stop them from performing at the highest-levels of service providers in the market. The other half of our employees are from marginalized populations but that only fuels the motivation and dedication they display in their roles. Our employees come from all over Israel and present a wide array of ethnicities, cultures and beliefs, all of which we honor and celebrate.

Our employees play an active role in our Academy's training team

Dozens of Call Yachol’s employees are also part of our PR team. They participate in lectures, lead training sessions for our clients, hold workshops, and in fact, become an active part of our social action objectives. Our employees are the face of our company.

Our recruitment processes are adapted, accessible and reassuring

Our screening processes are totally different from traditional ones and are adapted to suit our diverse candidates. Our screening and training processes are aimed at adapting the workplace to the personal needs of the employee. For example: a visually-impaired employee will be provided with extra-large screens and proper lighting. A hearing-impaired employee will be provided with special earphones and amplifier, and so on. We’re not exactly objective but one could certainly claim that we are one of the most accessible places in Israel.

Here to stay, because it’s worth it

We checked: Call Yachol employees stay with us for longer and have lower attrition rates, compared to other call centers in the industry – one in which it’s hard to retain employees over the long term. Many of our employees view their work at CY as their career of choice. We consider our employees to be our most important asset, and therefore their satisfaction is a top priority for us.

CY employees are promoted within CY and enjoy an array of benefits.
